Refunds:
You personalized the yearbook or wrote in it. It is now yours. Enjoy it.
Not personalized, we can help as long as you have not written in the yearbook or damaged it.
Before writing in your book, check carefully to make sure there are no printing flaws in your book such as: blank pages, upside down pages, missing pages, printing smears. If you discover any of these or other physical flaws, please bring the book to Ms. Stewart before you write in the book. Once you have written in the book or personalized it, it’s yours to keep!
YEARBOOK DISTRIBUTION DAY! TAKE THAT BOOK HOME!

ALL 22-23 YEARBOOKS AND EXTRAS ARE NOW IN THE MAIN OFFICE FOR PICK UP.

Current Freshmen, this is NOT your 8th grade yearbook. That is a whole other project.
Please keep in mind that COVID precautions strongly influenced our plan for distribution. We appreciate your patience.
Yearbooks will not be available for pickup until tbd
Yearbook Distribution Day will happen on TBD at lunches. After lunches the books will be relocated, but will remain in the main office until claimed, so do not worry if your student is absent that day.
Please help us out by reminding your student that there is a yearbook for them to pick up. Yes, they may also pick up yearbooks for graduates, siblings, or friends outside the building at that time. Please remind them to do this.
Parents, graduates, current students outside the building, or students who have moved are welcome to stop by to pick up the yearbook on TBD. Outside visitors will need to buzz the front office and they will assist you in picking up your yearbook from there.
Other ways to get your yearbook if you are outside the building:
Extra 2022-2023 yearbooks will be available for purchase during the lunch handouts and pick up times. We have a limited number of extra books; they are first come, first served. Extra books are $90each: checks to Hilliard City Schools or cash.
We are a fall delivery school and have been using Homecoming Week to pass yearbooks out during lunches.
Unclaimed yearbooks remain at Darby, but REALLY need to go to their forever homes. (You paid good money! Pick up your product!)

Other ways to get your yearbook if you are outside the building:
- Make arrangements with a current student or staff member and ask them to pick up a yearbook for you during our lunch distribution. Friend, relative, neighbor, we don’t care who picks up the yearbook for you.
- HCSD employees, I can send your book through interschool mail if needed. Let me know.
